Mexican 2D animation filmmaker based in Paris. 2D Animator, director, storyteller, and Misfit.
I started my career in México, working for projects connected to Disney TV, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network.
In 2020, I graduated from Gobelins with a scholarship from Guillermo del Toro, directing LA BESTIA, which went on to win an Annie Award.
Since then, I’ve worked on productions like PRIMAL, Scavengers Reign, and Common Side Effects, while also directing my own films and creating animation for brands, video games, and music videos across Europe, The USA and Latin America.
I believe in celebrating imperfect beauty. So my philosophy is to create a place where the misfits of animation belong, a space for non conventional characters, and unique stories that don’t quite fit the mold.
This message drives everything I do, from my projects in development La Diabliza & Élixir, to creating my one-on-one mentorship program where I help other misfits like me, to grow their skills and confidence.
